Luis and his team were amazing to work with. They completed a full basement remodel and our family couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Luis is reasonably priced, finishes on time, did not have any unexpected additions that were left out of the quote and has an army of people that help him do an A+ job.
I have heard nothing but horror stories from friends and colleagues who have had horrible experiences with their contractor. I feel like we couldn’t have picked a better company to finalize everything and turn our vision into a reality!!
He also handled all of the permit process for us down in Castle Rock which is not the easiest process either. They did such a great job we will definitely use him again!

​Mile High Remodeling will forever hold a special place in my heart. Lucero and Luis were truly an incredible team, and from the very beginning, they treated my mother and me like family not just clients.
My mother and I inherited our home from our late grandmother. Built in the 1930s, this house is filled with memories and means more to us than we can put into words. Trusting someone to remodel it felt overwhelming and honestly a little scary. But Lucero and Luis understood that immediately. They took the time to listen, to care, and to honor the history and emotion behind our home. That meant everything to us.
Lucero has an amazing eye for design and an even bigger heart. She patiently walked us through every decision, came with us to stores, and helped us choose colors and patterns that truly brought the home to life while making sure everything flowed beautifully together. She made the process feel personal, fun, and stress-free, and I never once felt rushed or unheard.
Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and hands on. He explained what needed to be fixed in a way that made us feel informed and confident, not overwhelmed. His communication with us and his team was excellent, and you could tell he truly cared about doing things the right way. This is his vocation.
This was my very first remodeling project, and I was nervous every step of the way but Lucero and Luis guided us like family would. They reassured us, answered every question, and supported us through all the changes we made along the way. The 3D images they created of our kitchen helped us visualize the future of our home, and together, we created something truly beautiful.
They finished everything in a timely manner, were flexible with changes, and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care set them apart.
